Who is responsible
The yearbooks are run by Flexity s. r. o., company ID (IČO) 35 731 389, Ľuda Zúbka 2, 841 01 Bratislava-Dúbravka, Slovakia, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, section Sro, insert no. 15884/B. For anything to do with your data, write to us at info@flexitylab.com.
What we collect and why
You can browse the yearbooks and download the CSV without giving us any data. If you want the PDF, you enter your email and who you are, for example a studio, an investor or a supplier. We store them together with the language, the yearbook year, the time of the download and the version of the consent you ticked. We need them to know who uses the yearbooks, to reply when you write to us about them, and to let you know when a new edition comes out. We do not send an automated series of emails.
Legal basis
We process them on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time at info@flexitylab.com. Withdrawal does not affect anything we processed before.
Where the data is
We store the data on our own server in a Hetzner Online GmbH data centre in Germany, from which we rent the server. The flexitylab.com website only forwards it to that server and does not store it itself. Only the people at Flexity who are in charge of the yearbooks can see it. We do not sell it to anyone and we do not send it outside the EU.
How long
Three years from the last time you downloaded a yearbook, or until you withdraw your consent. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you and request that it be corrected, deleted, restricted, or that we give you a copy. Write to us at info@flexitylab.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic or with the supervisory authority in the country where you live.
Analytics
We do not use cookies. We measure traffic with aggregate statistics that use no cookies and contain no personal data.
