Who is responsible

The planner is run by Flexity s. r. o., Company ID 35 731 389, Ľuda Zúbka 2, 841 01 Bratislava-Dúbravka, Slovakia, registered in the Commercial Register of District Court Bratislava I, Section Sro, Insert No. 15884/B.

While you plan

The planner runs in your browser. Your walls and barres are kept in the page address, and the last plan is saved in your browser storage (localStorage) so you can come back to it. When you open a plan link, the plan reaches our server as part of the page address, but the server does not use or store it. When you send a quote request, the server reads the plan to write the email to the Flexity team and keeps no copy of it.

Room photos

If you add a photo of your room to see the barre in it, the photo stays in your browser. It is never uploaded or sent to us, and the planner does not save it. Close or reload the page and it is gone.

When you request a quote

We use your details only to answer your request and, if you decide to go ahead, to prepare an offer.

We receive:

• your name, email address and country
• studio name, planned opening and your note, if you fill them in
• your plan as a link, and the parts list worked out from it
• the language of the page you used

The legal basis is your consent in the form and the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect what we did before.

Who receives it

Your request is delivered by email to the Flexity team, who handle it in our customer support system (Zendesk). Emails are sent through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), which processes them on our behalf. A short confirmation email may go to your address. It does not repeat what you typed.

How long we keep it

As long as it takes to handle your request and, if we start working together, for the duration of that business relationship.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to info@flexitylab.com.

You can also complain to a data protection authority, in Slovakia the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, or the authority where you live.

Analytics

We do not use cookies. If we measure how the planner is used, we use cookie-free, aggregate statistics that contain no personal data. They may include page views and a few actions, such as a plan started, a report printed, a room photo added or a quote sent. They never include the photo or anything you typed. If your browser sends Do Not Track, nothing is counted.
