Who is responsible

The planner is run by Flexity s. r. o., Company ID 35 731 389, Ľuda Zúbka 2, 841 01 Bratislava-Dúbravka, Slovakia, registered in the Commercial Register of District Court Bratislava I, Section Sro, Insert No. 15884/B.

While you plan

The planner runs in your browser. Your room and machines are kept in the page address and in your browser storage, so you can come back to the plan. Nothing you enter is sent to us until you request a quote.

When you request a quote

We use your details only to answer your request and, if you decide to go ahead, to prepare an offer.

We receive:

• your name, email address and country
• studio name, planned opening and your note, if you fill them in
• your plan, as a link and as a PDF

The legal basis is your consent in the form and the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect what we did before.

Who receives it

Your request is delivered to the Flexity team by email. Emails are sent through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), which processes them on our behalf. A short confirmation email may go to your address. It does not repeat what you typed.

How long we keep it

As long as it takes to handle your request and, if we start working together, for the duration of that business relationship.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to info@flexitylab.com.

You can also complain to a data protection authority, in Slovakia the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, or the authority where you live.

Analytics

We do not use cookies. If we measure how this site (flexitylab.com) and the planners are used, we use cookie-free, aggregate statistics that contain no personal data. They may include page views and a few actions, such as a PDF downloaded or a quote sent, together with the machine brands in the plan and the chosen country. The part of the address after the page name, including the link that holds your plan, is never counted. If your browser sends Do Not Track, nothing is counted.
