What the calculator shows

  • Revenue without VAT

    You enter the price a client pays. The calculator takes VAT out at the rate you choose, so you see what stays with the studio before costs.

  • Occupancy scenarios

    A studio is rarely full. Compare 50, 75 and 100 % occupancy with your own target and see the revenue per machine and per lesson.

  • The first twelve months

    Set the occupancy you expect in the first month and when you want to reach your target. A chart shows the revenue month by month.
